Construction Traffic

After a great deal of study, your Beresford Hall Assembly (BHA) has finalized a construction vehicle traffic plan for Beresford Hall. Since the early days of home construction in your community, careless operation of construction vehicles has caused extensive damage to road shoulders, curbs, signage, landscaping, lighting, irrigation and drainage structures. These events are costing all of you major dollars and are impacting the appearance of your community.

The new plan is simple as noted on the enclosed map. All construction access is directed to the rear gate and construction vehicle traffic around the Grand Park, where most of the damage has occurred, is severely limited or restricted. 

Noncompliance with the new plan will result in fines being charged to PROPERTY OWNERS responsible for offending vehicles. You, therefore, should be forewarned and should notify all construction personnel, and vendors accessing your property. The BHA is very serious about this matter and will focus on enforcement. The BHA will also continue to levy fines in response to construction vehicles parking or veering off of pavement and causing damage on any part of the property.
