Beresford Hall Assembly employs a full time community management firm to oversee the property 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Their tasks include:
Maintaining all of the grounds and gates
Scheduling of the Pavilion "The Ruins"
Billing, collecting and Accounting of Homeowners Dues and Expenses
Scheduling DRB meetings and requests
Website user names and passwords
