Welcome to Beresford Hall, a private gated community on the deep water of Beresford Creek just two miles from Daniel Island and ten miles from Downtown Charleston, South Carolina.

Gate Access
Our community is accessed by two automatic gated entrances off of Clements Ferry Road. The main gate is opened via a special transmitter given to each property owner. Also, each property owner is given a code to allow access without the transmitter. Complete operation instructions can be found in our Rules and Regulations by visiting the Governing Documents tab of this website.

The back gate is to be used for ALL construction traffic and a monthly code is assigned for use Monday thru Saturday from 7 AM till 5 PM.
